Stand Out!

As a science student at IUPUC, you have opportunities to work alongside IUPUC faculty who have active scholarly and research careers. Our faculty publish their work in scholarly journals and publications, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in their fields. You could be listed as a co-author on published articles derived from that research or have an opportunity to present your research conferences and workshops. You can even apply for a research grant of your own with guidance provided by a faculty mentor through our Office of Student Research. These opportunities will help you “stand out” from the crowd if you apply to graduate school, where admission in some programs is highly competitive.
