Science helps us understand ourselves and the world around us. In general, it enables us to collect and analyze a variety of information in order to better explain human behavior and predict how the universe functions.

The natural sciences include fields like biology, chemistry, and geology, among many others. Social sciences, on the other hand, focus on the systemic study of humans, including individual and group behavior.

No matter what your academic interests, science courses will help you evaluate complex issues, understand the world around you, and make informed decisions. These important skills will provide you with untold benefits for a variety of career paths and in your everyday life.
